My own experience at the moment shows how overwhelmed banks etc are. I have been trying for past month to engage with Westpac about refinancing a loan that otherwise expires on 22 April. We can meet our repayments, but technically response to Haynes is to end our loan.#westpac

So unless Westpac enages with me - and I cant get a response after 4 weeks of trying - to refinance our loan they will default me, forcing a sale and kicking out our tenants when I still have a job and no issue making payments. #westpac
