FTW Studios Lawsuit Update: Long story short; Court date came this month. I drove 9 hours to Montreal, showed up on time, and the owner of FTW Studios (Anouche) never showed up. I do not get a final verdict until a few weeks/months from now. Fingers crossed its in my favor.
