Please someone tell me, how a huge company like Electronic Arts is completely unable to do something as simple as UNLINK an Xbox account from one EA account and transfer it to another EA account??? Its been years and they wont do anything!

I have looked on the Electronic Arts forums and this is a super common issues, so i know I just will never have my saved data from that Xbox account on my own EA account. How is this a super common issue!?!
