I am still working my way through this, but this is some great work. This is some of what we hope to embody on the ground at Aurora Commons. Thanks to all who worked on this.

That awkward moment when you admit that the U.S. military's enlistment strategy is designed to prey on the willingness of poor Americans to literally risk their lives to afford a college education.

If anyone has any connections in #Seattle, our cool little organization Aurora Commons is hiring a full-time community advocate. You would be working with a cool team of folks that just might include me :) idealist.org/en/nonprofit-j…

Let us be clear: PrEP is essential to combating the transmission of HIV and keeping the public healthy. Today's ruling from Texas is an example of every person becoming a law unto themself in the name of religion but for the sole purpose of subordinating gay men and trans women.

This is how drug panics are created. The rainbow fentanyl myth spread like wildfire because law enforcement, media, and politicians are in symbiotic relationships where their common currency is fear. Rainbow fentanyl is just the latest example.

Watching Bluey with Kid 1. This just happened in this episode: Dog 1: "Hey mate, do you have a cell phone?" Dog 2: "No I don't" Dog 1: "You don't have a cell phone!?" Dog 2: "Well, I used to have a cell phone, but people just kept calling it, so I got rid of it." I feel this.
