Hey, Chipotle, just giving me a free entrée and telling me this isn’t the standard for your teams isn’t enough. I was already told this once yet this is the second instance in less than a month. I want to know how you’ll actually do better.

It’s been a week now and still, nobody has contacted me to talk about this issue. The general manager for the Chipotle said they filled out the automated online form, but there’s nothing else that can do. Seriously???
