I don't like doom posting, but I've basically vanished for a lot of people and I need to explain. My mental is at an all time low due to reasons I can't control. Not depressed, my brain is just exhausted and I'm working on getting it fixed. No worries though, I'll be fine soon.

About to drop a massive complaint list on my boss's desk, and on her boss's desk, then vanish for two weeks. It'll be a great time when I get back.

I'm going to have to buy all new audio hardware because Elgato won't put Wave Link on Linux. Windows is becoming unusable and Macs cost way too much for what I need. Anyone got any good Linux-based setups or recommendations for audio work?

Nierfenhimer was one of those friends that I had that I didn't talk to a lot, but when we did, it'd always be a blast. I can't process that she's gone right now, and I don't really know what to say. If you knew her, she was funny and always ready for a good time. I'll miss her.

To anyone worried about Hurricane Milton and myself, don't worry, I have intimidated the storm and it has decided to move farther around me because it realized it wouldn't make it to the other side of Florida if it picked a fight with me.

We have people getting blown off their bicycles because they decided to get hit with a palm tree rather than stay in their house. My neighborhood is full of morons.

No power or internet, but aside from that I'm mostly fine, very little damage in my area. Hopefully I can have everything up and running again soon.

Great news, my power is back online, and I have once again proven that a mere hurricane can't contain my strength.
