21:28 Louth Fire Station attended Lincoln Lane, Yarburgh to a chimney fire. Severe damage by fire to soot in chimney breast. Extinguished using chimney gear and thermal imaging camera. Caused by a build up of soot in chimney.

16:10 - Market Rasen Fire Station and Louth Fire Station attended a RTC on Bully Hill Top, Tealby. Crew used chocks and blocks to stabilise car, used Holmatro cutting gear to remove driver door and used small tools to make both vehicles safe. Crew also gave casualty care.

18:14 - Caistor fire station and Louth Fire Station attended a RTC on Main Road, Kingerby. Crew used Holmatro to remove car door and made both vehicles safe. Crew also assisted EMAS with casualty care.

17.25 27/12 HorncastleFire, Spilsby Fire Station, Louth Fire Station & Woodhall Spa Fire Station attended a fire on High Street, Fulletby. Crews used 2 hose reel jets, 1 covering jet, 4 breathing apparatus to extinguish fire in an agricultural building. Cause was a gas heater which ignited straw.

A week today Louth Fire Station will be hosting a "brew with the crew" fundraiser for an incredible little girl called Lily. If you can please pop down for some coffee and cake. All proceeds will go to the family to build lasting memories.

Thank you to everyone who came to our Brew with a crew event today! We have raised an amazing £1010 for Lily's family. A massive thank you to anyone who donated money, cakes or came and helped. We have had an amazing day and can't believe how many people turned up!

Today Louth Fire Station took advantage of the good weather to do some off station training. The focus today was pumping from open water and forming a water relay. 🚒☀️

Crews Louth Fire Station had another dog rescue this week. It was poor old Cody's turn to find himself in a pickle but crews managed to locate him and get him out safely.

Thursday 4 May is Firefighters' Memorial Day. More than 2,000 firefighters have died in the line of duty. Many more have died of cancer and other diseases linked to the job. At 12 noon we remembered them with a minute's silence.
