Remembrance Sunday at Wareham. Unity Lodge No.386 plus various other Craft Lodges support the service. One who attended said people were asking about the Masons and when explained at what we do for the town, and have done for so long, were delighted!
Unity Lodge No.386 Lodge of St. Martin as well as others all proud to patricipate as we have done for many years, this time in our regalia. We also especially rememebr Pilot Officer Carrick. The bar in the Masonic Hall is named after him as well. Lest we forget!
Just spent a while creating the Roll of Members of Unity Lodge No.386 from Consecration to 1929 - now got to visit Dorset History Centre to get the rest!
Visited Dorset History Centre - brilliant people, so helpful. Now got 21 sides of A4 to type up, and that was only my first visit!
Another great day Dorset History Centre - now going through the old minute books for the last 90 years will be tough but so worth while.
Another 20 pages of notes - 2 years worth of history. Many thanks to Dorset History Centre . Only another 40 visits to get all the info I need!!
