The Freemasons' Hall Open Day will begin with the presentation of cheques to invited local charities. The Robert Thorne Lodge are proudly presenting two of these cheques. Guided tours will commence after the presentations.

A fantastic days come to a close. With over 800 people in attendance throughout the day including the Lord Mayor of Bristol, who presented on our behalf cheques to charities individual support which totalling over £15,000, with over £100,000 donated throughout the year. #openday

If ever you come to Bristol, the suspension bridge is well worth a visit. I wouldn’t recommend this though.

At 9pm we raised a glass to absent brethren as masons did all across the UK. In Bristol this is normally a tradition carried out at 9.30pm, so not wanting to break with tradition, we have an excuse to do it again.

Firstly my apologies for not posting on Twitter for a while. We are meeting for a social catch up on Zoom on Saturday. The WM has sent out the details and it will be good to see as many members as possible. Absent Brethren will be at 21.30 if you would like to raise a glass.
