Today is my momma’s birthday. She would have turned 90. If she was still with us, she would have said, “90? Boy, that’s a bunch of em!” We still miss her greatly!

In the darkness, a dawn breaks through a God who comes into the world among the poor and the hungry. In Christmas our childlike, seemingly impossible hope… is that the dawn was only the beginning. Merry Christmas. Christ has come!

Whatever you face today, you do not face it alone. “The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged” (Deuteronomy 31:8). Thank You, Lord, that we can trust You today.

WE’RE ON THE BALLOT! Yesterday as the ice and sleet rolled in, I filed with the Faulkner County Clerk as a candidate for Justice of the Peace in District 2! Thank you everyone who signed my petition and supported me so far, this is just the beginning!

This means ensuring that tax dollars are being spent in responsible ways that will make our county a better place. It means supporting our hard working county employees, not just with words but with actions.
