South Ferry Basin, next to Coburg Dock, Liverpool. Looks unremarkable but it had an interesting history. I only took notice of it recently, after doing some work in Quebec Quay (in the left of the first image). The basin was built 1817 - 23 for use by fishermen and ferries.
