new infuriating League bug: when loading into an ARAM, I get a "Vanguard Event" error saying I need to be running Vanguard. It boots me from the loading screen. Vanguard is on. Repeat this 3x then restart PC out of desperation. Get kicked into Low Prio Queue. Repeat.
