Just a reminder that if you genuinely hate your job, you are allowed to quit. This tactic of “making it through the day” every single day isn’t healthy. Work is something you should love to do. Anything less isn’t worth it.

That dream of yours deserves your attention. Those opinions you keep obsessing over? They’re not worth it.

Your career is just a vehicle in which you have the opportunity to live out your life’s purpose. That means quitting your job isn’t quitting your purpose. It just means you’re trying to find a different vehicle.

I refuse to die with all of these ideas in my head + dreams in my soul.

Don’t you dare let anyone tell you how to live your life or how to eat your hot wings.

Your soul is bigger than a sport.🦋🏆

You can go all in on your sport AND not attach the outcome to your worth.

Getting closure after your sport ends isn’t a “suggestion”. It’s absolutely necessary if you want to fully move into a brand new life. Your new existence.

Unpopular opinion: You are allowed to be more than an athlete while honoring the sport you dedicated a majority of your life to.

Winning can’t be everything if it costs you everything. Your scholarship, your season, your sport, they’re not worth more than your mental health.

Don’t let rules that aren’t set-in-stone with record-harming consequences keep you from your dreams. Even if it means disappointing your parents.

If you had all of the resources in the world and nobody would get mad at you, what would you do with the rest of your life?

Your dreams are not genetic. You don’t have to do what your mom does or what your dad does. You don’t have to take over the family business. Your dreams are yours. Your life is yours. Period.

I’m convinced sunrises + sunsets are painted by the people we love who now live where the grass really is greener.

My theory: our purpose isn’t one “thing” but instead a video montage of every single dream your soul told you to go after and you listened.

Just because people can’t see your dream doesn’t mean it’s not real. It’s your baby. It’s your dream. It’s your job to raise it.

Those people who don’t believe in your dream are getting in the way of the people who NEED your dream.

You win more when your worth doesn’t depend on winning more.

Confidence is an inside job. But there’s no shame in having a mentor, a support system + resources to figure it out faster.
