When seeing people in person that you'd only known virtually feels like you'd actually known them in person for the longest time and you realise you're really going to miss them tomorrow when you return to the virtual relationship #Covid #mastermind #coaching #businessmentor

Totally with Gem Dale Waiting for changes in government advice feels like an opt out. We've the ability for #fluidworking now - we can move seamlessly between different work approaches - in person, remote, blended. All for the greater good & because it just makes sense

Feeling pleased with myself for making a big saving on the car insurance renewal! Only to then spend that saving plus £50 on adding the just about to start learning to drive teenager to the policy🤦‍♀️. Doh! #provisionallicence

In late 2020 there was a big gap between how many WFH days workers wanted (3 days) and how many employers were planning (1.5 days) That gap has mostly gone, mainly from employers offering more WFH days. Employers did this because of the performance and retention gains from #WFH

Great chart pointing to a long-run benefit of #WFH - higher labor force participation Many groups - those with disabilities, older employees, folks with young kids, students etc - will find it easier to work part/full time with #WFH This could boost growth and reduce inflation

18 years ago I paid c£1200 a month for full time nursery fees. For 5 days /wk in Hertfordshire. Just read of fees of £1000 pm for 3 days pw nursery from April in Leeds area. Can't even imagine what costs near London now. What I do know is..1/3 Lauren Hansell @PregnantScrewed

2/3 that if had a child today in nursery we would have very little left of my husbands salary - he earns the lower salary. It probably would be that "is it worth working" point. Can't even imagine having that chat back then. Probably could today but still much society evolution

3/3 needed and in workplaces. Heard so much about that at Flexpo_live this week. We have to find ways to make parenting shared fully as well as choices that don't penalise careers or totally take talented people out of work that actually would like to stay in

Feeling more than let down by Mercedes-Benz UK at the moment. Our 6 yr old 48k miles much loved #smartforfour needs ANOTHER turbo. 3rd one. Apparently not their issue 😳. Feeling the need to warn other owners you need to allow for £1.6k replacement costs every 24 months #astounded
