A lot of teachers are stressed because their students are not where they expect them to be by this point. They need to give themselves some grace. They can’t teach twice as hard and the kids can’t learn twice as fast. We just take them where we get them… and move them forward.

As an Elementary School Teacher, I believe we need a lot more Psychological help at a young age than what schools are providing now. We are trying to help and prevent these horrific acts from happening. 💔 My heart hurts for these children and families.
