The end to a fabulous trip was destroyed by the British Airways flight home. It was bad enough that our 8YO had virtually nothing to eat on O/B that he was ill, he was served this along with tiramisu (coffee) on the flight home. They also ran out of water to drink!

I have seen so many just switch off through sheer frustration. In an entry of 340, in year 7 alone, they are utterly lost and just become a number.
