I’ve just started a Triple Challenge, in memory of my mum who died last year following a brave battle with triple negative breast cancer. For the Triple Challenge, my auntie and I will be running 3 MILES, 3X PER WEEK for 3 MONTHS. 1/3

This morning I’ve had lots of bird visitors in my garden. A few dancing robins. A jay (not seen one in years!) A tiny wren It’s days like this that I appreciate how wonderful nature is!

Grandparents are so precious I nipped round for a catch up this evening. I also got a 3 course meal, plus a goody bag to take home (including various chocolates and sweets) After a long day at work, it’s things like this that really put a smile on my face

Having one of those days. 🤦‍♂️ I poured coffee in my cereal this morning. I broke a chair at lunch I reversed into a plant pot this evening
