#SagAftra strongly urges Governor Kathy Hochul to sign Senator Sean Ryan’s legislation (S.3100A/A.1278B), as written, to prohibit employers in NY from restricting their workers’ future employment options through the use of noncompete agreements. There should be NO income threshold added.
