Catching up on yesterday’s nonsense in the #KouriRichins trial. I just know I could never be a Judge, because I have absolutely zero patience for incorrect/no planning

Watching #KouriRichins trial, behind with EDB. I’m actually so irritated by the defence. Feels like they’re taking the absolute piss with the jury’s time here.

I feel bad for Lauber. All her laundry aired for no reason other than the defence being petty and utter shit at lawyering. This does nothing to support their case #KouriRichins

Kouri Riichins' mother anonymously sent the Summit Co. Sheriff's office a copy of Kouri Richins' grief book with a note: "There are two sides to every story. This is the true Kouri, a devoted wife and adoring mother. Thought you should know. From Anonymous," They sent a subpoena

Defense is getting manhandled today in Richins...but that's largely due to the clean presentation from the state and a demonstrated lack of acumen from the Defense.

Can't overstate how devastating the Walk the Dog letter is to the defense. People will say she didn't admit to the crime - but jurors TEND to think you are guilty if they think you are telling witnesses to make up stories to support your defense. IF they believe that is what this

I’ve watched yesterdays trial day for #KouriRichins and where the prosecution has presented some good evidence, I don’t think they’ve done enough to get her on the murder. Which is unfortunate because I still think she did it.

Not calling a single witness for your first-degree murder defendant is….. a choice. This whole team seems to be living on a hope & a prayer. Now we wait ⏳ #KouriRichins #KouriRichinsTrial

I don’t think they’re going to get her on the murder/attempted charges. I’m not sure enough has been proven beyond reasonable doubt - which is unfortunate. The unanimous thing is going to be an issue #KouriRichins #KouriRichinsTrial

Just going back to the 911 call. When the dispatcher tells her to get him off the bed, and she says she has - you would hear this. And you didn’t #KouriRichins #KouriRichinsTrial

Judge reminds Nester it was actually Chelsea Barney who called Kouri Richins a “black widow” and prosecution was just repeating that. Nester says “it’s been a long trial and I don’t recall that.” It’s been 15 days, Nester. It was supposed to be five weeks.

📌Code RED in the Kouri Richins trial closings! Emily D Baker losing it: “Your honor, they compared her to a spider, and it was not the itsy bitsy. How dare they? How DARE THEY!!” 😂🕷️ This woman’s commentary is gold. Peak courtroom absurdity. #KouriRichinsTrial #EmilyDBaker

Kouri Richins's Trial has come to a close and she was predictably found guilty. A more creative defense team may have eliminated a charge or two, but they weren't beating the state's murder charge without dramatic action and they chose no action at all. You can't tell everyone
