Inspired by Dr. Tiana U. Wilson researching and writing her dissertation during a pandemic with flexibility, humility, and grace.
I loved working with Truly*Adventurous to write this story of possibility, luck, deceit, greed, and resilience. #BlackHistoryMonth

After an engaging Western History Association panel with a thought-provoking question from Dr Nakia D Parker about atonement and acknowledgement, I am reminded of the responsibility that comes with those who call themselves historians.
These Western History Association panels continue to impress! Kudos to Sam Davis and Kyle T. Mays, Ph.D. for delving into the intricacies of terminology and the meaning of belonging in Black-Native history. And hats off to Dr Nakia D Parker for moderating a great Q&A.
Working with Truly*Adventurous continues to be precisely that—adventurous!
