When we moved house, OVO were our supplier for 10 days. It's been 2 months since then and they've given us a bill 4 x higher than it should be and still haven't verified meter readings they made us resubmit as they couldn't find them.

Wonderful that OVO haven't told me in THREE months of calls they don't have closing meter photos. That I've sent and had confirmed receipt of. Don't worry though, I've been promised it'll be fixed in a week. Same as last week. And on 27th May
