Today, our Youth Service Officers held another 77th Street Jr Cadet Zoom meeting. Today’s meeting included a zoom workout. Until we can meet in person we will continue to utilize social media to stay engaged with the youth that we serve. @LabradaAl LAPD HQ @LAPD_Williams

Today we laid to rest Officer Valentin ‘Val’ Martinez. Officer Martinez embodied the best of our profession: compassion, dedication, and a heart for service. We will never forget his ultimate sacrifice for the City of Los Angeles. Rest In Peace Sir. Blessed are the peacemakers.
