MND is an incredibly cruel disease. More funding will help find a cure, and will provide relief for sufferers. If you can afford anything, no matter how small, it’ll make a massive difference.

After nearly quarter of a century of having Mitsubishis in our household, today we’ve traded in our last one. What great cars they’ve been, and such a shame Mitsubishi decided to withdraw from selling cars in the UK. 🥲

I’m looking forward to meeting more Ospreys fans at our Supporters’ Evening next week. It’ll be nice to have an event where not all the questions are about where our new stadium is going to be. 🙄

The new season is nearly upon us. Tickets for our games at the Swansea.com now on sale. Tickets for the couple of games at the Dunraven Brewery Field on sale shortly. Once again, we’ll be counting on your support. 🙏

It’s very easy to criticise big companies when they do things wrong. But we should also talk about things that go well. I renewed my multi car insurance with Admiral this week, and they were absolutely superb. The cost went down, and the service was excellent. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Here’s hoping it will be a “big bang”. 😎 We’d love to have a big away support at our opening game of the new season.

A great afternoon at the Swansea.com for our first pre-season outing. Thank you to our friends from Aberavon Rugby Club, Bridgend Ravens and Swansea Rugby Club for helping make it so good. And of course to the 2,000 fans who came along to cheer their teams. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

That’s the second time ever that I’ve been to Exeter and won. 😎 I know it’s pre-season, but Exeter had an 87% home win record last season. This is a great confidence boost as we go into the season.

A podcast I did last week, should you be interested in such things. We talked about things Gloucester, Ospreys and rugby in general.

What is motor neurone disease (#MND)? Paul Foreman was diagnosed with the disease on Coronation Street. It’s a fatal disease that kills a third of people within a year, and more than half within two years of diagnosis. It has no cure. Help us raise awareness. #Corrie
