MND is an incredibly cruel disease. More funding will help find a cure, and will provide relief for sufferers. If you can afford anything, no matter how small, it’ll make a massive difference.

After nearly quarter of a century of having Mitsubishis in our household, today we’ve traded in our last one. What great cars they’ve been, and such a shame Mitsubishi decided to withdraw from selling cars in the UK. 🥲

I’m looking forward to meeting more Ospreys fans at our Supporters’ Evening next week. It’ll be nice to have an event where not all the questions are about where our new stadium is going to be. 🙄

It’s very easy to criticise big companies when they do things wrong. But we should also talk about things that go well. I renewed my multi car insurance with Admiral this week, and they were absolutely superb. The cost went down, and the service was excellent. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

That’s the second time ever that I’ve been to Exeter and won. 😎 I know it’s pre-season, but Exeter had an 87% home win record last season. This is a great confidence boost as we go into the season.
