On 75th anniversary of Arlington Fire Dept. Champ Barnes’ death, Arlington Professional Fire Fighters and I are proud to announce that Mr. Barnes’ name will be added to the Texas Volunteer Firefighter Memorial in Austin in recognition of his service and sacrifice in the line of duty.
