Martin Kia has been beyond unsatisfactory with service I’m so dissatisfied with crooked and manipulative service people. Didn’t know there was a Kia battery tester that was different from a regular battery tester ???

Had my daughters car for a week for a scheduled recall didn’t complete it told her the battery was dead and couldn’t charge the battery without charging her for it. But could sell her a battery + install. Took it to battery plus they said battery was fine somehow it was drain
