Truly in love with my residency program. I don’t know how MGH IM Residents did it, but they have managed to bring together a truly amazing group of residents and faculty who are ridiculously smart and infinitely generous with their time and support. Feeling so lucky to be here 🥰

Fully admitted pt & was literally about to staff w/attending then bam💥 transferred to another team. Another pt went for surg, randomly lost bed, had to write another note. Admitting another who randomly showed up w/out warning from OSH w/out sign out. It’s that kind of night…
