A2: reflect, reach out and restructure. I like to step back and seek clarity on what is going on (what is causing this feeling?) Ask for help. This one can be tough but so important. Restructure my priorities. What needs to get done; small accomplishments feel good #warmdemanders

A1: I have definitely learned a lot through personal experience, receiving feedback, observing mentors. Readings such as Fierce Conversations and Brene Brown’s work. I have also had the opportunity for Expedition Coaching training. #WarmDemanders

A1: Anytime we speak up, we're putting ourselves out there, not knowing how it will be received. That takes a level of confidence and trust, but it also takes a level of commitment that speaks to wanting better for the team. #WarmDemanders

A2: As these ideas come up, it is important to recognize its potential and value. Purposefully plan to extend that conversation, follow up with the contributor and invite anyone else wanting to be part of that conversation. #WarmDemanders

A3: Through class walk throughs / interactions a leader can gain a lot of insight into what others have to offer. Inviting them to contribute based on these interactions/observations celebrates what they are doing as well as provides a platform for them to share. #WarmDemanders

A1: Teamwork and data driven goals. Setting goals around visible data helps everyone involved see where they are headed. When everyone knows where and why we are headed in a particular direction the path to meeting these goals tends to be smoother. #WarmDemanders

A2: Managerial items get saved for early/after hours. When staff and students are in the building I do my best to focus on them. Obviously this doesn't always stand true, to do lists and planning with my admin team ensures our school priorities take precedent . #WarmDemanders
