One of those good days… started with a busy surgery, then canvassing for the wonderful fionamusicinthelakes in sunny Allithwaite, then a 7.5 mile run via Fairy Steps and finally I got to join the Kendal Torchlight team at the Kendal Youth Zone. Time for a beer.
