Vancouverites have public safety concerns. We deserve leaders who invest in services that prevent crime, and don't just invest in enforcement after it's already happened. Lucy Maloney will fight for investment in these services, like Peer Assisted Care Teams.

This is excellent news! The park board has lots of important work to do and the longstanding threat to abolish it was to stoke people into an anti-government frenzy. We need principled leaders like Christine Boyle at all levels of government, not less government overall.

Watching the Vancouver School Board delegation meeting last night, I was shocked at how the Board treated a young person who came to speak. They were intimidated, rushed and it looked like Trustees were not interested in their ideas. Feeling motivated to change things at the Board table!
