I genuinely do not believe people treat you how they feel about you. I believe they treat you based on the state of mind they're in. Some people unintentionally hurt you because they are at war with themselves suffering, and suffering with things that has nothing to do with you.

May we attract someone who speaks our language so we don't have to spend a lifetime translating our soul to them.

i’ll never forget how some people made me feel. and that doesn’t mean i didn’t forgive them. i did. i just think some memories meant to linger forever and it takes forever to not letting it triggers me. my trauma response is not something i can wash off, not even with apologies.
