I have to admit I was hoping the innovative engineer @_RealElonMusk_ would take over Twitter. Unfortunately it looks like the immature egoist who is in charge. Shifting an approach based on new information would help so much.

I’m definitely not one of the haters as I think Elon Musk has done some groundbreaking and amazing things. But it looks and feels like he is poised to be the Kanye of tech. On all social media the customers are the product.
