Last week, there was a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of the West Waubesa Trail. The new 1-mile segment of trail in the Capital Springs State Recreation Area provides a bicycle and pedestrian connection between the Waubesa Beach neighborhood and William G.
