We have had an amazing day of activities including biking, gorge walks, orienteering, canoeing, costal walks, forest adventures, rock climbing and high ropes! Lots of proud primary 7s with some incredible achievements on day 1 🚴🧗‍♂️🚣

We’ve had such a busy day at Benmore today! We have just finished dinner (a yummy pasta bake followed by a 5* waffle with ice cream!) and are writing in our Benmore diaries before taking part in an evening activity! #KPSBenmore24

The Benmore Cinema is open and we are all relaxed after an incredible week 🍿🎥 P7 are excited to get home tomorrow and share all of their achievements. We will keep you updated with bus departure times!

We started today with some yoya 🧘P7 ran cross country races 🏃‍♀️ P2-3 had turns on the smoothie bike 🚲 P4-5 & P1 enjoyed potted sports in the rain (thank you to all of our supporters) ☔🎉 We had lots of visitors: professional footballers, physiotherapists and wellbeing experts.

Thursday is Cross Country day 🏃🏃‍♀️🏅 P2 also took part in Enjoy-a-Ball UK taster sessions 🏀 P1 enjoyed mindfulness workshops with Mrs Maxwell 🧘 P4&6 had their turns on the smoothie bike 🚲 P5 had a visit from an international wheelchair rugby athlete, Calum 🏉

This morning we had some very exciting house and teacher relays (with some special guests 🦖). P3 enjoyed football sessions with an FA Coach ⚽ We finished our HWB Week with a whole school play together in the playground 🤩

So proud of the P1 and P7 who took part in the 100th year of the Kirkliston Gala you all looked amazing. Well done to the P4 and P5 children who dressed up in their best 1920s attire. We won 3rd in the parade competition.

Our P7s are looking forward to the Inspectors Cup Final tomorrow night ⚽🏆 6:45 KO at Meggetland if you would like to support the team!
