CityNews Vancouver This could be abused so many ways. Even the 'intended' use is a civil rights violation. But beyond that, any such law could be used to apprehend and incarcerate and even forcibly 'treat' anyone deemed an Enemy of the State on pretext that they 'pose a risk' to self or others.
