Every time I tell someone I work in oncology they normally say something like “oh wow that must be so sad.” And yes, a lot of times it is. But I also get to see patients improve with treatments, live their lives fully the way they want despite the cancer, and celebrate the wins.

And that’s why I love this field. My patients are some of the most resilient people I’ve ever met and I’m continuously inspired by them. So so lucky to work in this field🥲

T-DXd has been considered a "stable" ADC. The chemistry of the conjugation didn't reflect the stability. Finally a publication that covers the DAR over time of T-DXd! And it matches well what we presented at #AACR23 on ADC instabilities (50% conjugated drug remaining in 7 d)!
