After 7 months, the FTC has dropped its case against Microsoft and their $69B all-cash deal to buy Activision Blizzard. Microsoft and Activision Blizzard already received regulatory approval in the EU and they hope Competition & Markets Authority will reconsider. buff.ly/3rCB0W5
