I’ve been thinking about this tweet… At Selar, we talk about the money you can make as a creator but something we don’t talk about enough is the impact your creation will have on the world around you. Create in 2026 because there are people waiting to be changed by your work 💖

Part of the reason we could bootstrap for such a long time at Selar is because we won the TEF grant in 2018. I’m very frugal so that $5k lasted till about December 2020. There are not a lot of accessible grants for African businesses like TEF, So apply!
