Classic Linebacker mistake: OVERRUNNING the football. Instead: Track the hip. Keep your leverage. Make the play.

Linebackers: There will always be someone bigger than you. So how do you even the odds? Low pad level. Great leverage. Sharp footwork. Technique leads to tackles.

I’ve seen so many Linebackers miss plays because they turned their shoulders too early. Stay square as long as possible. Move with balance. Move with power. It’ll help you make plays.

Linebackers: You can clean up 80% of your issues by cleaning up your first 3 steps.

Hard truth: Most Linebackers would play a lot faster if they just studied more film.
