Sometimes chasing hope feels utterly tedious unspeakable exhaustion Like a threaded needle breaking mid-stitch Sometimes you have to pull back Unhitch from where you thought you were going #SlamWords #encore

It's the only thing they found at the crime scene - a threaded needle, soaked in blood. "The needlepoint killer" newspapers called it. My mother always said that broken hearts can't be stitched back together. He understands that now. #SlamWords rd 3 "threaded needle"

the washing machine stomach followed by familiar nausea can't possibly go I'm sick! fighting yourself at the bus stop you feel apart from reality you've got this, no problem so you 'ground' yourself and enjoy your day

It's extremely important for everyone to be both physically and mentally healthy. We need to treat ourselves as a whole and not separate the 2. Mental health can affect physical health and vice-versa.

I was diagnosed with BPD 5 years ago when I had a breakdown at 54. Looking back I think I've had it since my teens. I can remember often dissociating then. I've never acted 'out', I've always directed my emotions inwards.(quiet) I'm in recovery now.
