grad school/life advice: surround yourself and try to work w ppl that actually care about u 🤝🏽 (ppl that will celebrate your accomplishments w you, advocate for you, and try to improve/ work w you rather than criticize, no jealousy, etc) imo, THAT means more than awards & papers
