May we be quick to see grace in our children's lives and slow to see imperfections. May God cause our expectations to be realistic. May we remember that we are all desperate sinners in need of extraordinary grace.

Educators make an insane amount of decisions every day. Those decisions have to be made quickly without a clear right answer. Instead of embracing the imperfection of the profession, we often make educators feel like they need to be mistake free. That pressure leads to burnout.
