What’s supposed to happen when Passenger Assistance confirm your assistance (wheelchair space with carer) but don’t give you a carriage or seat number? I ended up on another train where we had the 3 wheelchair vs 2 space and ALL of us had assistance booked…

Another day, another London North Eastern Railway fail. - Put on a train so overcrowded we can’t access the toilet - Passenger assist lounge (which isn’t even very disabled friendly) was so overcrowded people were having to lie on the floor Access. Where is it.

I know I seem to use Twitter to moan about my train journeys to work but I just want to announce I got the train today with no major dramas. Ramp and everything.

Urgent: can anyone in Birmingham repair or get me a new streetjet wheel? Tried 4 car garages / bike shops. I have no control over my wheelchair now with it on
