There's something weird about each of us. I learnt years ago that we all have a PWI. Yes PWI as in Personal Weirdness Index. So when I get all giddy about an issue and I see the facial/body expression of my audience, the LED bulb lights up PING PING reminding me of my PWI. 🙄

I’ve spent the past few days in Ghana and Côte d‘Ivoire meeting the farmers and partners of our #CocoaLife Program. Our purpose to empower people to snack right starts with the lives of our cocoa farmers. I’m proud of the real change we are driving.
