More practices to keep me going!

Few more writes, just the typical practice and just musings of life as usual!

Bit of a preview of a small lil' detour in my music journey.

Some bits of food diary; went to Kickin' Inn and had a sort of seafood spread for Christmas eve, and then made Bak Kut Teh (pork bone broth) for Christmas. Admittedly the latter was as simple as getting pork ribs and popping a spice blend with garlic cloves but... Great result!

Trying out this font; I'm not fantastic at it yet, and it's interesting how it has certain qualities about it that's quite subtle but interesting!

I wonder why it took undergoing hrt to realise that I do have aspects of femininity in me I've always pushed down, because I thought I was not worthy. And then now realising even with femininity, I still maintain the masculine in me, and embrace the two as wholes.

The good thing about this hobby is the exploration of various pens and inks. I'm glad I had gotten this ink journal from PenGallery in KL last December, so I can have a visual memory of an ink I had used!

More practice of this font, but trying to see if I can understand linking and make words. It really helps having a grid paper to help align and space things more neatly! (And yes I did misspell some words, was so focused on getting the look right that my spelling failed 🤣)

Finished up a page, and going for yet another one!

Using the recent writing I did to construct a sentence using this font. It's definitely a new learning curve to try and make things consistent!

... I've played yu gi oh and know of the 5 parts of Exodia. I didn't realise his third leg also counted as a part smh
