Twisted my back yesterday doing something mundane. In real agony, lovely dr gave me oramorph and I’m been zoned out on it but anyone who knows this level of pain knows you just have to wait for the pain to reduce before very slowly getting back to normal life again 😭

I think schools need to educate kids on what the monarchy do for this country. How much money they bring into the uk and then everyone can have an informed opinion on them.

FND & me: saw a neuropsychiatrist again this week and after doing tests agreed with the diagnosis but also says I’m scoring maximum on the depression scale and he could see I’m just completely overwhelmed. No answers of course. Hopefully things can be settled now 🤞

A veteran needs some financial support as well as his dog neutering . Is there any army people that could help me do a whip round for him confidentially as he’s a very proud man but had his dog seized wrongly and led to him having a heart attack that night.
