Today I moved my marketing challenge deadline to 12 p.m. I finished 2 hours and 36 minutes late, but that’s okay. It’s still a big win. Pushing yourself is the best thing ever.

Funny thing. I’m getting views but no real products yet. Time to build again. Stripe doesn’t work in Colombia, and Atlas is $500. Lemon Squeezy’s too restrictive, but I’ve found better options now.

The best way to make progress is by having clear deadlines for your objectives and tasks. Now, on my task stopwatch platform, each task can have its own timer to help you stay productive (stopwatchly(.)com)

If you don’t put pressure on life, life will put pressure on you, in ways that are probably painful. I feel so happy to be on day 17 of my marketing challenge, improving and accomplishing my tasks. And I hope to make my first dollar with a software product soon.

Building a super simple task timer and goal-tracking tool. Tasks without constraints become endless distractions, so the idea is to help me reach my goals faster. Putting pressure on yourself and creating challenges leads to success and growth. Check it out at stopwatchly(.)com

My daily marketing challenge is honestly the best thing I’ve done in my life lol. But it’s also important to breathe, analyze, and improve. Adding more tasks isn’t a good idea, better to do a lot, but also study and reflect. Either way, I’m starting to see the light.

I’ve been doing a marketing challenge for 20 days, and it has changed my perspective. But I still don’t have a product, so my next challenge is to get my first client next week. If I fail, I’ll need to take a freelance job, something I’d definitely hate

Doing more doesn’t mean making progress. In fact, trying to do more can make you regress, because the more you do, the less time you have for everything else. You need a balance between doing and analyzing. If you’re always doing, you never have time to improve.

Today I vibecoded with Gemini 3.0 to build a small tool that creates images for my new gamification app for tracking habits. Pretty impressive what Gemini 3.0 can do

After 20 days posting 5 TikToks a day, I’ve made around 100 tt videos. With an average of 1k views each, that’s about 100k views. But I still don’t have a product to sell. The challenge was great after years of silence, but now it’s time to launch a real product and make money.

juand4bot (@juand4bot) 's Twitter Profile Photo

I was thinking about the best challenge for this. It’s probably just to launch it. But I think I can repurpose it to get my first client, it naturally involves launching and doing the marketing. So I think it’ll be a 10-day challenge to get my first client.

juand4bot (@juand4bot) 's Twitter Profile Photo

One obstacle is the payment process, some MoRs require time to accept the ‘product.’ Also, the time is short to build an app and get it approved by Apple, but I think that constraint is good. It forces me to find solutions and push myself. Probably creating a web app, idk ...

Day 1/10 to get my first customer. I’ve been building in the void for years, no real launches, no marketing. Time to change that. If I can’t get my first client with a SaaS or an app, I’ll have to take a freelancing job, and I hate that idea. So… let’s see what happens.
