My Computing at School #casconf24 highlights: 2. Catching up with the ever amazing Rachel Arthur and being lucky enough to sit in her session on the impact of AI on girls in computing. Lots of fantastic findings and food for thought moving forward!

My Computing at School #casconf24 highlights: 3. Hearing from Tom Dore from British Esports and the exciting ways in which E sports can be introduced to schools as well as new perspectives of using e sports in the community and for inclusion.

My Computing at School #casconf24 highlights: 4. Hearing from the inspiring (as ever) Prof. Miles Berry discuss the innovative ways in which we can use AI in the computing classroom. Some inspiring ways in which we can enhance the learning of our future computer scientists!

My Computing at School #casconf24 highlights: 5. The keynote speech from Dr Victoria Baines FBCS on the different ways in which deepfakes are being used particularly within politics and the importance once again of computing in all subjects!

My Computing at School #casconf24 highlights: 7. Nyree Sporty Geek Scott showing me a useful resource to introduce my 6 year old to programming. Whilst this was about a 2 minute conversation it highlighted the importance of networking and the power of meeting like minded folk in person
