The goal determines the process

Studying 10X is Easier than 2X. Love the idea of setting a 10X goal. Then getting very clear that you don’t have the 4C’s to make that happen: (Gut punch 🤜) 4C’s: Capability. Confidence. Commitment. Courage. And the goal to develop them.

Do and believe that which moves you towards your goals.

It just takes work. Shit loads and shit loads of work. Every time I try and dress it up or cut a corner I get brutally reminded: The work just needs doing.
