Dear lululemon, today I hit a milestone—half a month since I placed my order. Throughout this time, I feel I've been let down, with unkept promises and a lack of communication. It isn’t enjoyable to see how little you seem to care now. OnTrac is abysmal shipping.

JetBlue my flight back to JFK from TQO was cancelled and I am being told to rebook before scheduled departure or lose my fare. But there ARE no flights to rebook onto. Please advise!
