In addition, Kayla at the bar in Hogsmeade was so kind and friendly Universal Orlando Resort #UOFistBump My only complaint is that besides the bar area of HP they don't let you tip at restaurants, for tours etc. If a customer wants to tip I think you guys should allow that.
